Alisha Parchment is a HR professional, mentor, career advisor and an Associate Member of the CIPD with more than 3 years of experience working in Human Resources.
She is passionate about helping the next generation of aspiring HR professionals to thrive in their careers. In the current job market, getting into the industry can be difficult to navigate. Alisha has created services and resources on social media including YouTube, Instagram and TikTok to support HR students and professionals to get interviews, develop within the corporate environment and believe in the possibilities of becoming an expert and leader within the field.

Alisha Parchment decided to start documenting her HR journey right from the very beginning as a 22 year old HR Masters student with no practical HR experience. "I felt that it was important to represent the community of aspiring HR professionals to see what it is like right at the beginning of your HR career. It was important for me to show that I believed I can get to the top. I had a vision that my purpose was to inspire others to realise their potential so here I am."
